All reservations must be canceled 24 hours prior to the reserved drop off date/time. Anything after this time will be 100% non-refundable. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS!
Also note that this policy applies to reservations that are also physically booked less than 24 hours in advance. These reservations automatically fall into the non-refundable status upon booking, so please be certain of your reservation date/times to avoid any issues.
REFUND POLICY: Please note that it may take up to approximately 2-3 business days before a refund will show credited back to your card/bank account.
PARTIAL REFUND POLICY: Please be aware that we do NOT give partial refunds for days not used. If you book, for example, 7 days initially and arrive back after 4 days, we will not refund you for the 3 days not used.
